Ethical investment underpinned by ESG

Historically, capital has been spent in the UK to deliver this type of housing as Specialised Supported Living, but not wisely, while aggressive industry practices have also created a number of ‘cowboy operators’ and profiteering at the expense of residents.
This has too often led to vulnerable people living in properties that are unsuitable at best and uninhabitable at worst. Rather than numbers on paper, these are real lives being lived in low-quality accommodation. We, as a society, can do better.
Our three models – Core and Cluster, Step-down and Extra Care – are set to change the status-quo for Specialised Supported Living in the UK.
We are acquiring, investing in and fully renovating properties to transform them into best-in-class accommodation, with an exemplar supply chain spanning architectural design, assistive technology, soft and hard furnishings.

Our mission is to provide specialist accommodation for vulnerable people that allows them to move forward in life with a high quality home, nestled in a locality, with their own sense of identity and a strong sense of independence.
This will allow residents to:
- Move on from institutional care
- Be able to live in their own home independent from their own family settings
- Enjoy a beautifully designed home with the necessary support to live with dignity
- Benefit from a suite of assistive technologies that maximise independence rather than looking to change the person
We work with blue chip organisations to create investable products for pension funds.
We serve institutional investors in the Specialised Supported Living space by providing capital to allow for assets to be acquired and renovated to meet the needs of residents, structured to meet the criteria of institutional investors.
We also use Southfacing technology to ensure our developments meet sustainability best practice in the built environment.
It is this ethos that makes our developments ethical investment opportunities for social care/social housing institutional investors and Real Estate Investment Trusts looking for opportunities underpinned by exemplar Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles.
